The Single Daddy Club Jason Book 2 edition by Donna Fasano Romance eBooks
I am a complete sucker when it comes to reading books with a single daddy, and this doesn't disappoint. Jason is perfect in an imperfect sort of way. By that, I mean he is crazy about his little daughter, but he's overwhelmed trying to care for her, work, deal with his former in-laws who live next door, and manage his grief over his wife's death. As a result, his house is a mess, and nannies quit all the time. When Katie shows up on his doorstep having heard that he needs a nanny, she's the answer to his prayers.Immediately, the two have chemistry. It jumps off right of the page and as the reader, you can't help but read as fast as you can to see if/when they give into the spark and ignite the fire. Of course, there are obstacles--as there are in any good romance--but I won't spoil them for you.
What I like, especially with one of the obstacles is that at first, I was outraged at the character who tried to keep Jason and Katie apart, but then, as it came to light why the character did what he/she did, you can't help but feel a little sympathy for them. I love when characters are not all good or all bad.

The Single Daddy Club Jason Book 2 edition by Donna Fasano Romance eBooks Reviews
I really enjoyed this book. After reading one, I had to have others. Very good author. This very good book.
liked it alot
This book wasn't as good as the first book of the trilogy although it became more interesting around the middle, for a while. The h/h (both) seemed to me to be wishy-washy, some things were just a little "too convenient" and the romance wasn't great
Donna's second book (Jason), in her single dad trilogy is even better than the first (Derrick)! And Derrick's was excellent ) I have all three books now and I am looking forward to Donna's next endeavor. Thanks for a wonderful, romantic, sweet escape Donna!
I don't think Donna could write a bad book if she tried! I love how her stories always involve the dynamics of screwed up families(who doesn't have one of those?)I never read books in a series backtoback(I get bored with the characters) but I might break this rule and skip to Single Daddy#3!
Good tension and characters. It was nice to catch up with Derrick and Anna and learn how their wedding turned out. Jason is an awesome dad and really deserved Anna's help. I liked the interactions between the characters and Gina is a wonderful character. Can't wait to read the next story in this series. I would recommend this book to any reader who enjoys very good romantic stories with great humor in them.
This is book 2 in The Single Daddy Club series. Two people meet needing help from each other. Jason is bone-tired from handling a high-stress job, raising his toddler daughter Gina alone, and trying to retain a baby-sitter to deal with his changing work shifts. Katherine has never worked a paying job, lived a pampered life, and is now on the run, hiding out, needing a job and place to live. It was fun to watch these two adults come to grips with their love for each other. It was interesting to see them fight their demons, to reveal their true selves, and to fall hopelessly in love. I enjoyed the hostile beginnings with Jason's in-laws and the way Katie dealt with the problem. She is a better person than I would have been. I was glad to see the confidence Katie developed being with Jason and Gina helped her resolve her difficulty with...wait a minute... I don't want to give away too much; you will find out when you read it. Gina, a precocious bundle of energy, steals every scene she is in. It tickled me how she called Katie, Lady, at first, then the nickname stuck. I especially liked the strong friendship between Derrick, Jason, and Reece--how they care for and support each other. That's what helps make this Single Daddy Club a hit! I'm looking forward to reading Reece's story.
